How it works

A simple monthly process from planning to approved content.

One organized batch, 12 custom posts, and your written approval. After onboarding, the planning and content cycle repeats each month with clear deadlines to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

  1. Check the fit and choose a package

Tell Chris how you handle social content today. Choose Content Only or Content and Posting and one primary platform: Facebook or Instagram.

  2. Complete onboarding

Confirm your business information, services, service area, brand materials, and designated reviewer. A written agreement and payment are required before monthly production begins.

  3. Plan together each month

Attend your included 45-minute monthly strategy and planning session to confirm priorities, useful topics, seasonal needs, and calls to action.

  4. Send one organized batch of materials

By the agreed deadline, provide approved job photos, accurate project facts, and business updates together. Confirm usage rights and leave out private customer details.

  5. Chris builds your monthly content

Chris creates one monthly content plan and 12 custom posts for your selected platform using your approved photos, real work, and business information.

  6. Review the batch once

Your designated reviewer checks the plan, captions, and visuals together and sends one consolidated revision request. One revision round is included per calendar month.

  7. Give written final approval

Confirm the exact final content in writing after revisions. Nothing is scheduled or published without written final approval.

  8. Receive content or have Chris post it

Content Only clients receive finished content to publish themselves. Content and Posting clients have Chris schedule or publish the 12 approved posts using secure role-based access.

  9. Receive your completion email

At month-end, receive a summary of work completed, delivery or publishing status, exceptions, and the next-cycle date when applicable. Add-on clients receive a separate Google section with actual counts, escalations, and pending items.

What makes a useful monthly submission?

Send permitted photos with a short explanation of the work shown, services to feature, seasonal priorities, and the contact details or action you want included. Use accurate facts; avoid customer names, addresses, visible license plates, and private documents.

Chris organizes your material into useful formats such as project spotlights, practical tips, process explanations, and FAQs. Each finished post is customized to your business.

Late material can inform upcoming content when practical; it does not automatically replace completed posts or create another revision round. The Service Terms explain the fixed service limits.
